Consulting

Drawing on my background in performance and filmmaking, I work with people/ support people, who are developing artistic projects or want to reconnect with their creativity. Together, we explore ways to express ideas, shape stories and bring authenticity to the work — whether it’s a new project or something still taking shape. Together we focus on the story you want to tell and bring your vision to life.

Workshops

I design immersive workshops that help people connect with their voice, presence, and confidence. Through movement, dialogue, and creative exercises, we explore new ways of expressing ideas and engaging confidently, yet mindfully with others, in the workplace and everyday life.

    Becky | Relationship Coach

    I had the pleasure of helping Becky develop the content for her coaching website. From the start, it was clear she had a powerful story to telll—we just needed to shape it up. Through conversations, we created a heartfelt and personal "About Me" section that truly reflects who she is. We also dug into her impressive and varied professional background to uncover hidden skills and experiences that she can implement in her coaching offers. Through fine tuning the content of her website, the client knows immediately what kind of coach she is.

    Confidence Workshop | International Women's Day

    This empowering workshop  was designed to help women develop greater confidence in how they present themselves. Through guided exercises, the participants explored the impact of  body posture and how they can use their voice in a way that feels both powerful and genuine. Participants were guided through affirmations and breathing exercises and left with practical tools to carry into their daily lives—supporting them to show up with confidence and openness, both in professional settings and private interactions.

    Mary Lou | Designer

    Mary Lou was invited to speak on several podcasts and reached out to work on building her confidence and feeling more prepared for those conversations. We’ve practiced breathing techniques, voice modulation and body posture, so she can engage confidently but at the same time relaxed in the recording studio. A big part of it has also been learning  to create a natural flow in how she speaks—structuring her thoughts so they’re clear, but still sound like her. I can’t wait to listen to one of her episodes.
